I survived my French exam

I survived my French and Speech exams on Weds. French was kind of hard, but speech took only 10 minutes. I even turned in the paper on my speech. None of my grades have been posted yet, but that should change by the end of the week.

On Friday, I found out that Dr. Fox will accept any of my late computer programming assignments. That is going to be a big issue because I might not be able to get a C in the class. Actually, I really don't think that there is ANY way that I can get anything above a D in the class without the 4 missing assignments. I am not complaining about this because it is my fault and I have no right to blame him. I made the mistakes and must deal with whatever comes my way. This just means that I will be at NKU for another year! :) The big issue is that CSC333 unlocks the rest of my computer programming classes and I MUST pass CSC262 before I can even take CSC333. Grr, I am just a bit unhappy with myself for doing this. I have no one to blame except myself.

But, for the rest of the day, Friday went well. I taught two classes on Mac OS X for the Dept. of Information Technology. There were about 13 people in the first and about 9 in the second. Each lasted for two hours and I did not get to finish all of my material. I was afraid that I was not going to be able to fill all of the time, but I only got through about 75% of the material. I guess that this leaves a lot of room for me to train throughout the year.

Today was interesting... We had the CG End of Year Party in the University Center Ballroom. It was pretty cool, but a lot of people did not show for the party. Richard had something come up and he left a voice mail message. I am kind of worried about him because he just did not sound ok at all. I hope that he will check in with me because I have some award stuff for him. We spent most of the night eating and playing Uno. I played something like 12 games and did not even win one! CG gave me the "Say my name, Bitch" award. Kind of cute and not too over the top. i also received the leadership award. It feels good to hear other members tell me that they are happy with what the board has done over the past year. I have a feeling that next year is going to be even better...

Now I am off to bed because I get to pack some stuff, move it to Kevin & Elyse's house, and then go to a Youth Summit meeting! Yeah, a busy day. Just what I need right before exams on Tuesday.
